INSTANT SOUP MIX 
2 c. nonfat dry milk
3/4 c. cornstarch
1/4 c. instant chicken bouillon
2 tbsp. dehydrated onion
1/2 tsp. pepper

Combine all ingredients and mix well. Store in an air tight container.

To Use: Combine 1/2 cup mix with 1 cup water. Heat and stir until thickened. Add mushrooms, celery and bits of chicken to resemble the soup you desire. Makes 3 cups mix = 6 cans
