ICE BOX FRUIT CAKE 
1 Box graham crackers
1 can eagle brand milk
1 box raisins
1 qt. walnuts (chopped)
25 Marshmallows
2 sm. or 1 large container candied cherries (chopped)
2 sm. or 1 large container candied pineapple (chopped)

Place graham crackers into a gallon size freezer bag and use roller to crush into crumbs. Mix in bowl with raisins, walnuts, fruit and mix. Melt marshmallows in eagle brand milk, in double boiler or microwave oven for 2 minutes until melted. Pour mix over your graham cracker mixture. Mix well (this will take sometime). Place in loaf pans lined with wax paper, (pack well).

Leave in refrigerator for at least one week. Then slice thinly. Makes 2 loaf pans.

Hints: 1. You will also need to butter your hands so mixture does not stick to your hands. 2. Strong hands are needed when mixing all ingredients together.
