SWEET AND SOUR PORK 
2 tbsp. corn oil
1 lb. boneless pork, cut in 1 inch cubes
1/4 c. vinegar
1 can (15 oz.) pineapple chunks
1/2 c. dark Karo syrup
2 tbsp. soy sauce
2 tbsp. cornstarch
2 tbsp. water
1 onion, cut in rings
1 clove garlic, minced
1 green pepper, cut in strips

Heat oil in skillet. Brown pork. Add vinegar, juice from can of pineapple, Karo syrup, soy sauce, onion and garlic. Bring to slow boil. Add mixed cornstarch and water. Add to mixture, boil for two minutes stirring constantly. Simmer 1/2 hour. Add pineapple and green pepper. Cook for two minutes longer serve over hot rice.
