“CREAMY LIME AND THYME DIP” IS IN:

CREAMY LIME AND THYME DIP 
1 cup dairy sour cream
juice and zest of 1 lime
1 tsp. ground thyme
2 tsp. apple cider vinegar (or white wine vinegar)
2 tsp. honey
salt and pepper, to taste

In a large mixing bowl whisk together dairy sour cream, lime juice, zest, thyme, vinegar, honey, and salt and pepper until thoroughly combined. Refrigerate until ready to use.

Serve with crudites, baked potatoes, on green salads, or with fish or poultry.
