TERIYAKI KABOBS 
1/4 c. soy sauce
1/2 tsp. chopped candied ginger
1/2 tsp. sugar
1 sm. garlic clove, pressed
1 lb. sirloin steak, cubed, 1 inch thick
1 pineapple, cut into 1 inch cubes

Combine soy sauce, ginger, sugar, and garlic. Add steak and stir to coat. Marinate covered, overnight in refrigerator. The next day drain steak and skewer steak and pineapple cubes on small picks. Broil 3 inches from heat for 5 minutes. Turn and broil 5 minutes longer. Serve hot.
