TERIYAKI KABOBS 
2 flank steaks, partially frozen (2 1/2-3 lbs.)
1/3 c. soy sauce
2/3 c. oil
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1 tbsp. honey, brown sugar or molasses
Green peppers
Mushrooms
Onions
Cherry tomatoes

Slice steak in 3/4-inch strips across the grain. Combine the remaining ingredients, except vegetables. Marinate meat overnight.

Place meat and vegetables on skewers. Grill or broil as desired, about 5-7 minutes on each side.
