1 head lettuce, torn into bite-sized pieces 1 lg. tomato, cut in sm. pieces 1 onion, chopped 5 oz. longhorn cheese, grated 1 can (15 oz.) pinto beans, undrained 1 bottle (8 oz.) Kraft Catalina dressing 1 pkg. (11 1/2 oz.) Fritos corn chips, crushed Mix all ingredients (except salad dressing and corn chips) in large bowl. Refrigerate. Toss in Fritos and dressing before serving. |
