PERSONAL PIZZAS 
Shortening
Flour
1 pkg. refrigerated biscuits
1 can pizza sauce
1 c. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
Sliced pepperoni (optional)
Hot dogs (optional)
Green peppers (optional)
Olives (optional)
Pineapple (optional)

Turn oven to 425 degrees. Grease 1 or 2 baking sheets with some shortening. Sprinkle cutting board with some flour. Pull biscuits apart. Put 1 biscuit on the floured board. Use rolling pin to roll out biscuit until it is a circle 4 inches across. Measure with the ruler to be sure. Put on a baking sheet. Repeat with the rest of the biscuits. Add more flour to the board if biscuits start to stick.

Spoon about 1 1/2 tablespoons of the pizza sauce onto each biscuit. Spread evenly over the biscuits. Sprinkle each with about 1 1/2 tablespoons of the cheese. Add any of the extras you would like. Bake pizzas 10 to 15 minutes until crust is brown. Yield: 10 pizzas.
