CHICKEN PAPRIKASH 
1 whole chicken
2 green peppers
1 onion
1/2 lb. mushrooms
4 cloves garlic, chopped
Green parsley, chopped
1 tbsp. paprika
Seasoned salt to taste
1 sm. can tomatoes
1/2 c. sour cream
1/4 c. butter or cooking oil

Heat oil in pan and saute onion. Add chicken pieces and saute until just yellow. Do not brown. Remove chicken and arrange in deep pot. Pour drippings from frying pan over chicken. Add water to halfway mark on pot. Add green peppers, tomatoes, mushrooms, garlic, paprika. Cover and simmer 15 minutes. Rearrange chicken, cover and simmer another 15 minutes or until done. Add parsley. Top 2 tablespoons of sauce mix with sour cream. Add back to chicken sauce. Heat 2 to 3 minutes and serve over rice or noodles.
