GIANT SOAP BUBBLES | |
Joy Cold, clear water Coat hanger Frying pan Glycerine Bend a coat hanger into a loop. Mix 1/2 cup Joy detergent with 5 cups water. Measure carefully, it makes a big difference. Stir. Add 2 tablespoons glycerine. It tends to make more durable bubbles. Dip coat hanger into solution, then wave in the air. Big-time bubble making is a bit like fishing. You'll have much better luck in cool wet weather. Early evenings, mornings, and night time are often best. Just after a rain is ideal. Don't throw away leftovers. The longer your solution sits, the better it gets. |
