SELMA'S BEEF TIPS 
2 lbs. beef stew meat, chopped
1 c. chopped onions
2 bay leaves
1/2 c. peas
2 carrots, chopped
Handful of fresh mushrooms, chopped
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
LaChoy brown gravy sauce
Soy sauce

May add or omit any desired vegetables. Soak meat in soy sauce. Add pepper and let marinate for 1 hour. Add mushroom soup and all other vegetables. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally. Let it simmer and add bay leaves and LaChoy brown gravy mix. Add pepper if desired. Let simmer for 1 hour and serve over noodles, rice or potatoes. Serves 8.
