TOMATOES, COUNTRY - STYLE 
4 med. size ripe tomatoes, peeled and sliced
1/3 c. sliced green onion
2 tbsp. chopped parsley
1 c. commercial French or Italian dressing

Arrange tomato slices in shallow salad bowl. Sprinkle with onion and parsley. Pour dressing over tomato slices. Cover and chill until ready to serve. Yields 4-6 servings.
