COUNTRY STYLE RIBS & CORN 
2 1/2 lbs. country style pork ribs
3 tbsp. all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
2 tbsp. butter or oil
4 med. potatoes, sliced
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
3/4 c. milk
1 can (16 oz.) cream-style corn
1 fresh tomato, diced
2 green onions, sliced

Dust ribs with flour, sprinkle with garlic salt. In heavy skillet heat butter. Add ribs and brown. In lightly oiled 13 x 9 inch baking dish layer potatoes. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, onion, green pepper. Pour milk over top. Cover with corn. Arrange browned ribs in single layer over vegetables. Cover, bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Remove cover. Bake 30 minutes longer or until ribs are tender and potatoes cooked through. Sprinkle with tomato and green onions. Serve.
