D-LISH CHICKEN BREAST 
6 boned chicken breasts
1 sm. pkg. herb stuffing mix
1 c. sour cream
1/2 lb. butter
1/2 c. dry vermouth

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Coat chicken breasts with sour cream. Dredge chicken in stuffing mix. Place in shallow baking dish. Bake 35 minutes or until done. Baste with mixture of melted butter and vermouth every 15 minutes.
