ORIENTAL SKILLET 
1/3 c. celery
1 tbsp. oil
1/3 c. cold water
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1 c. rice
3 tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 tsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
Mushrooms
Onions
1 tomato, peeled
1 lg. minute steak, ground or sirloin

Quickly cook celery, mushrooms, and onions in oil. Remove and set aside. Brown meat quickly in skillet. Combine water, soy sauce, cornstarch, sugar, and salt. Add to skillet browned meat; cook until it thickens. Add celery, mushrooms, and onions. Heat through. Serve over cooked rice.
