OVEN FRIED POTATOES 
8 lg. baking potatoes, unpeeled, each cut into 8 wedges
1/2 c. oil
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. paprika
2 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. pepper

Arrange potato wedges, peel side down, in shallow baking pan. Mix ingredients and brush over potatoes. Bake in preheated 375 degree oven for 1 hour or until potatoes are golden brown and tender. Brush occasionally with oil mixture. Serves 8.
