CHEESE BALL 
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 (8 1/2 oz.) can crushed pineapple, well drained
2 c. pecans, chopped
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
2 tbsp. chopped onions
1 tbsp. seasoned salt

Mix well. Chill and form into a ball. You can tint cream cheese if desired, which is nice for Christmas. Can roll ball in nuts.
