PARTY STUFFED POTATOES 
6 baking potatoes
1/2 c. butter, softened
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
1 (0.56 oz.) pkg. bacon-onion dip mix
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Salt & pepper to taste
Paprika

Scrub potatoes thoroughly. Bake at 425 degrees for 40-60 minutes. Allow to cool to touch. Slice skin away from most of one side of each potato. Carefully scoop out pulp, leaving shells intact.

Combine potato pulp, butter, sour cream, dip mix, cheese, salt and pepper. Whip until smooth. Stuff shells with potato mixture. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Serves 6.
