PINTO BEAN SOUP 
1 lb. dried pintos
1 med. onion
1 stalk celery
Pork
Salt & pepper to taste
Celery (opt.)
Carrots (opt.)
Parsley flakes (opt.)

Soak beans. Cook all until tender.

DUMPLINGS:

1 can refrigerator biscuits

Cut biscuits in 1/4. Roll tight. Drop in so they don't touch. (Push down with spoon.) Cook about 15 minutes.
