PEANUT BUTTER BALLS 
1/2 c. peanut butter
1/4 c. non-fat dry milk
3/4 c. plus 1/3 c. prepared unsweetened or home- made granola
1/4 c. wheat germ
1/4 c. apple juice concentrate

Mix all the ingredients thoroughly in a medium-size bowl. Shape into 1 inch balls. Refrigerate to chill before serving.

1/10 recipe = 1/2 whole-grain serving. 1/3 protein serving.

Makes about 30 balls.
