BANANA SPLIT SHORTCAKE 
1 stick butter, melted
1 c. flour
2 tbsp. sugar
2 c. 10X sugar
2 eggs
2 to 3 bananas
3/4 c. butter, softened
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 tsp. vanilla
1 (20 oz.) crushed pineapple, drained
1 (9 oz.) Cool Whip

Mix together stick of butter, flour and sugar. Put in 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake 12 to 15 minutes at 350 degrees. Beat at high speed the 10X sugar, eggs, 3/4 cup butter, cream cheese, and vanilla. Spread over cooled crust. Put on drained pineapple, bananas, and Cool Whip. Decorate with cherries and nuts.
