GARLIC POTATOES 
10 potatoes
2 head of garlic cloves, crushed
10 c. water
1 c. cooking oil

Take the potatoes and cut them into slices with the skin on. Take the 10 cups of water put it in a large pot bring to a boil. Put the potatoes already cut in slices in the boiling water, leave it for about 10 minutes. Take the potatoes out of the water, let them rest. Then take the crushed garlic and put in a big oven proof bowl. Add the 1 cup of oil and mix together. Take the potatoes and put in the bowl with the garlic and oil, mix, put it in the oven for about 30 minutes until golden brown. 8 servings.
