BEST EVER MEATBALLS 
1 sm. onion
1 tbsp. butter
1 lb. ground beef
1 c. fine dry bread
1 tsp. cornstarch
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 egg, beaten
1 c. milk

GRAVY:

3 tbsp. flour
3 c. warm water
3 beef bouillon cubes

Cook onion in butter. Mix other ingredients. Add cooked onion. Shape into small balls. Brown in small amount of oil. Place balls in a bowl. Stir 3 tablespoons flour into fat left in skillet. Add 3 cups warm water and 3 beef bouillon cubes, stirring until thickened. Season to taste. Place meatballs in gravy.
