CLAM FRITTERS 
2 c. minced clams, fresh or canned
1 c. liquid (clam juice & milk)

1 1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
Dash of salt

To dry mixture add clams and liquid, plus 1 beaten eggs. Drop into deep fat by the heaping tablespoons. Fry until golden brown.
