PUMPKIN BREAD | |
3 c. sugar 3 c. flour 4 eggs 1 c. Wesson oil 1 (303) can pumpkin 1/4 tsp. ginger 1/2 tsp. cloves 1 1/2 tsp. salt 4 tsp. cinnamon 2 tsp. nutmeg 2 tsp. baking soda 2/3 c. water 1 c. nuts or raisins (optional) Cream eggs, sugar well. Add oil, pumpkin, soda, then spices. Add water and flour alternating ending with flour. Grease and flour 1 pound coffee can or loaf pan. Fill 2 cans 2/3 full. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. |
