TACO SOUP 
2 lb. ground beef
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chile
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 (1 1/4 oz.) pkg. Taco seasoning
1 can hominy, undrained
3 cans stewed tomatoes, undrained
1 can kidney beans, undrained
1 can pinto beans, undrained
1/2 c. water
1 (1 oz.) pkg. Ranch dressing

Brown ground beef with onions and green chilies on medium high in large Dutch oven. Stir in remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil. Simmer for 30 minutes. Serve with taco chips.
