BLUEBERRY PUDDING 
4 c. blueberries, fresh or frozen
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
6 tbsp. butter
2 tsp. baking powder
1 c. milk
1 1/4 c. sugar
2 tbsp. cornstarch
2 c. boiling water

Place 4 cups blueberries in a 9 x 13 inch greased pan. Mix first 6 ingredients together. Pour mixed batter over berries. Mix 1 1/4 cups sugar, 2 tablespoons cornstarch together, sprinkle over batter. Pour 2 cups boiling water over all. Bake 35 to 40 minutes at 350 degrees.
