BOHEMIAN COFFEE CAKE 
2 1/2 c. flour
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. white sugar
1 c. cooking oil
2 eggs
1 c. buttermilk
1 c. nuts
1 c. coconut
1 tsp. each of salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, soda and vanilla

Mix sugars, oil, eggs, buttermilk and vanilla well. Mix dry ingredients and add to first mixture. Add nuts and coconut. Blend well.

Turn into greased and floured bundt or angel food cake pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour to 1 hour 15 minutes. Test with cake tester.
