PIG CAKE 
1 pkg. yellow cake mix
4 eggs
1/2 c. butter, softened
1 can mandarin oranges
1 tsp. vanilla
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1 sm. pkg. vanilla instant pudding
1/2 c. confectioners' sugar
4 oz. whipped topping

Combine cake mix, eggs, butter, mandarin oranges and vanilla in mixing bowl. Beat for 4 minutes. Pour into greased and floured 9"x13" pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes or until cake tests done. Drain pineapple, reserving juice. Blend juice and pudding mix in bowl. Mix in confectioners' sugar. Stir in pineapple. Fold in whipped topping. Spread over cooled cake. Chill in refrigerator.

This cake derives its name from the fact that people make pigs of themselves while eating it. Yield: 10 servings.
