CHICKEN AND SAUSAGE GUMBO 
1/4 lb. Polish sausage. cut into 1/2 inch pieces
1 to 2 stalks celery, chopped
1 med. green pepper, chopped
1 med. onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
3 c. chicken broth
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Dash hot pepper sauce
2 c. cubed cooked chicken
1 c. hot cooked rice

Combine all ingredients except chicken and rice in a 3 quart microproof casserole. Cover with casserole lid and cook on High 15 to 17 minutes. Stir in chicken. Cover and cook on High 2 to 3 minutes. Spoon hot cooked rice into soup bowls. Fill bowls with hot gumbo. 4 servings.
