3 eggs
3/4 c. sugar
4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. sour milk
1/2 tsp. baking soda
3 tsp. hot oil
Powdered sugar
Oil for frying

Beat eggs until fluffy. Add sugar and beat until mixture thickens. Add milk and beat. Add flour, baking soda and salt. mix well. Add hot oil to batter. Drop 3/4 teaspoons in hot oil. If oil is deep enough doughnuts will turn themselves. Cook until golden brown. Drain and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
