ALL BRAN MUFFINS 
Soak:

2 c. boiling water
2 c. Nabisco 100% Bran

Add and mix well:

1 c. shortening
3 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 qt. buttermilk

Barely stir in:

5 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. salt
4 c. Kellogg's All Bran

Bake 15 minutes at 400 degrees in greased muffin tins. Makes 1 gallon batter, stores in refrigerator for 6 weeks. Yield: 6 dozen.
