COUNTRY GARDEN PRIMAVERA | |
3 c. zucchini sticks 2 c. cauliflowerets 1/4 c. butter 1 1/2 c. cherry tomatoes, halved 1 c. (4 oz.) mostaccioli noodles, cooked & drained 1 tsp. dried basil leaves, crushed 1/2 lb. pasteurized cheese spread, cubed In large skillet, stir-fry zucchini and cauliflowerets in butter until crisp- tender. Add tomatoes, noodles and basil. Heat thoroughly. Add cheese spread. Continue cooking until cheese is melted. Serves 4. |
