FRUIT COCKTAIL CAKE 
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
1 can fruit cocktail
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
2 eggs
1/2 c. brown sugar

Mix flour, sugar, and soda. Add 2 eggs and juice of cocktail. Mix until smooth. Fold in fruit cocktail and pour into greased 9 x 9 x 2 pan.

Sprinkle 1/2 cup brown sugar and 1/2 cup nuts on top of cake. Bake 40 to 45 minutes at 325 degrees.
