CORN RELISH 
12 ears corn
1 qt. ground cucumbers
1 qt. ground onions
1 qt. sugar
1 qt. vinegar
1 extra lg. cabbage head
1/2 c. yellow mustard
1/2 c. salt
4 green or red or combination peppers, chopped or ground

Cook 20 minutes and can in hot water bath for 15 minutes.
