Steak
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2-3 tbsp. cornstarch

Pound steak. Salt, flour and brown in skillet. Put 1 cup of water in mirror- matic pressure cooker. Put browned steak in and add 1 can of cream of mushroom soup. Pressure at 10# for 40 to 50 minutes. Cool 5 minutes. Run water over cooker or set in cold water to release pressure. Remove steak. Add cornstarch to drippings for gravy.
