SPINACH BALLS 
1 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped spinach
1 c. seasoned stuffing mix, fine, not cubes
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
3 eggs, beaten
6 tbsp. softened butter
Salt & pepper to taste

Cook spinach, drain well. Combine with all other ingredients and mix well. Roll into walnut-size balls. Place on cookie sheet. Freeze. After solid, store in plastic bag in freeze. To serve, bake in frozen state for 10 minutes at 350 degrees.
