EASY ENCHILADAS 
1 lb. hamburger meat
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. chili powder
3/4 c. grated cheddar cheese
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
3/4 c. onions, chopped
Tortillas, flour or corn

Baking dish, greased. Brown hamburger, drain. Add salt, oregano, pepper and chili powder. After meat mixture. Pour tomato sauce in shallow bowl (large enough for tortillas). Take tortilla dip in sauce both sides, put 1 tablespoon of meat in center. Add 4 1/2 teaspoons of onions and 1 teaspoon cheese. Roll tortilla, set seam down in baking dish. Continue until all mixture is used (if leftovers sprinkle on top). Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
