SUGARLESS GRAPE JELLY 
2 pkgs. or 2 tbsp. unflavored gelatin
1 bottle (1 pt. 8 oz.) unsweetened grape juice
2 tbsp. unsweetened lemon juice
2 tbsp. liquid sweetener

In saucepan soften gelatin in grape and lemon juice. Bring to rolling boil, dissolving gelatin, boil 1 full minute. Remove from heat, stir in liquid sweetener. Pour into hot sterilized jars. Seal, store in refrigerator.

One tablespoon = 11 calories.
