FRIED SPINACH 
1 can spinach
1 egg
Bread crumbs
Oil
Salt & pepper
Garlic powder, optional

Chop and drain spinach well with fork, squeeze excess water out. In bowl spinach add egg, salt and pepper to taste; mix well. Add bread crumbs until not too wet and shapable. Shape into small patties or balls roll into bread crumbs, then fry in hot oil, until crispy brown on both sides. Drain on paper towels. Tasteful to children, who may hate spinach.
