ANGEL FOOD CAKE DESSERT 
1 c. orange juice
1 c. sugar
Juice of 1/2 lemon
1 env. gelatin
1/4 c. cold water
1/4 c. boiling water

Heat orange and lemon juice and sugar to boiling point. Put gelatin in cold water and let stand a minute. Mix with boiling water. Add juice and sugar to that. Let stand until it starts to set.

Then add 1 pint whipped cream. Break an angel food cake into pieces the size of walnuts and alternate cake and liquid in angel food cake pan.

Serve with whipped cream. This can be made the day before needed.
