DICK'S SPAGHETTI SAUCE 
2 1/2 lbs. ground beef chuck or turkey
1 green pepper, diced
Mushroom slices
3 sprinklings garlic salt
1 (14 oz.) can tomatoes
1 sprinkle pepper
2 celery stalks, diced
1 onion, chopped
1 1/2 tbsp. chili powder
1 (12 oz.) can tomato paste
1 sprinkle salt

Brown meat and drain fat. Add rest of ingredients and simmer 1 1/2 hours. Serve over cooked spaghetti and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Add 1 teaspoon olive oil to spaghetti noodles while cooking to keep from sticking and to add flavor.
