DAWN'S SUGAR-FREE ICING 
This is the best sugar-free icing recipe I have found!

3/4 cup Splenda
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
dash of salt
1 tsp. cocoa powder
3/4 cup milk
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix Splenda, flour, salt, cocoa and milk in a saucepan. Cook over medium heat and bring to a boil. Take the pot off the stove, add butter and let it cool. Once cooled add vanilla and use your mixer until the icing is a consistency that you want.

Note: You may want to double the recipe if you like a lot of icing.
