4 lg. baking potatoes
Salt & pepper
3 to 4 tbsp. melted butter
Parsley
4 tbsp. grated cheddar cheese
1 1/2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Scrub potatoes and slice about 1/8 inch thick. Lightly grease 9 x 13 inch pan. Fan potatoes in pan. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and drizzle with melted butter. Sprinkle with parsley. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes. Remove from oven and sprinkle with cheeses. Pop back in oven for 10 to 15 minutes to melt cheese.
