CHOP SUEY CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. celery
1/2 c. onions
1 tbsp. oil
1/2 c. Minute Rice
1/2 can water chestnuts, drained, sliced
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can bean sprouts with liquid (14 oz.)
2 tbsp. soy sauce
Small can Chinese noodles

Fry beef, onion, celery in oil. Add balance of ingredients and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes, covered. Add small can of Chinese noodles an bake uncovered for additional 30 minutes.
