JEWISH KUGEL 
6 eggs
1 stick butter
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. butter
2 tsp. sugar & cinnamon mixture
1 lg. box noodles
1 lg. can crushed pineapple
1 c. crushed cornflakes

Cook noodles to instructions on box. Drain. Put eggs in blender and blend well. Pour into noodles. Add crushed pineapple. Put butter stick in 9 x 13 inch pan and melt in oven. When melted, mix with noodle mixture. Pour mixture back into 9 x 13 inch pan. Put corn flakes on top. Dot with butter and cinnamon. Place into 350 degree oven for 30 minutes.

(This can be frozen by baking for 15 minutes, freezing, then baking 30 minutes.) Also this mixture can be divided into two 9 x 9 inch pans, one to be eaten now and one to be frozen.
