ALPINE CHICKEN 
4 c. diced chicken
2 c. sliced celery
2 c. toasted bread crumbs
1 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 tsp. salt
2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
1/4 c. almonds

Mix all ingredients. bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes or make ahead and bake covered for 50 minutes.
