ZUCCHINI QUICHE 
3 c. unpared thinly sliced zucchini
1 c. Bisquick
1/2 c. finely chopped onion
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp. snipped parsley
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
1/2 tsp. Italian herbs
Dash of pepper
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 c. vegetable oil
4 eggs, lightly beaten

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease pan, 9 x 13 x 2 inches. Mix all ingredients. Spread in pan. Bake at least 30 minutes. Should be brown on top and set. Cut into pieces. 2 x 1 inch makes 4 dozen appetizers. Larger piece for lunch or dinner.
