DIRT DESSERT

1 1/4 lb. Oreo cookies, crushed in food processor

BOWL #1:
1 stick softened butter
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 c. confectioners' sugar

Mix well and set aside.

BOWL #2:
2 sm. boxes vanilla instant pudding
3 1/2 c. milk
1 (12 oz.) Cool Whip

Mix well, then stir in Bowl #1. Blend well.

Layer cookies, then layer cream mixture, cookies, then cream until all is in bowl.
