GOLDEN CORN BREAD 
1 c. corn meal, yellow
1 c. flour
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
4 tsp. baking powder
1 egg
1 c. milk
1/4 c. oil

Place all ingredients into mixing bowl. Do not over mix. Pour into greased muffin tins or 2 small bread pans. Bake at 425 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
